Introduction

Forza 6 is the newest game in the whole slew of XBOX ONE exclusives and is the one that has the franchise spanning for three generations of XBOX’s. This game has been hyped among tons of Youtubers and reviewers such as myself.

Presentation

In terms of looks this game is just one word: “Amazing”. It features really nice interactive menus and layout and has one of the best graphics on the XBOX ONE. As we all know, Microsoft has been highly criticized for making the XBOX ONE’s capable graphics processor run games at only either 900p or 720p, but Forza 6 is 1080p HD running at 60fps capped. Finally, the XBOX ONE isn’t so limited anymore, it was like the Internals were chained to a horrible resolution.

The game has true to life detailing on cars with the famous Forzavista mode, which can allow you to inspect every single detail on the car, yes EVERY single detail: it is amazing! Graphics aside, the menus and UI look really simplistic and modern which can allow you to find what you want easily and in where you would expect it to be. The game also has realistic crowds, pit crew and pit stops to liven up your game.

Kickstart my heart!

Forza 6 features more than 450 beautiful designed cars; from crummy little Japanese hatchbacks all the way to a formula one racing car. Unlike some other games Forza 6 doesn’t focus on quantity over quality, as the car list is massive yet really good quality, featuring beautiful engine sounds and crash models that have been improved over Forza 5. Although there are lots of cars, some of them seem a bit repetitive as some cars like the ford Mondeo/fusion racecar has been repeated in the dealer just with different paint schemes. The cars in this game have beautiful handling that could be compared with real life handling – yes it’s that good! The cars in these games are mostly the new facelifted 2015-2016 cars, so the cars aren’t stale. One thing does bug me about this car list and selection: why don’t they have Porsche in the game, instead it’s the RUF, which is just dreadful, although there are rumors that it’ll come as DLC, so keep a look out on that one. The cars in this game are just amazing! All the latest supercars and cars in one game, I’m pretty sure that you will really enjoy the car list in this game.

Around the world in 60 ways

Forza 6 has improved on the tracks list and has added improvements too, like night racing and rain driving, which totally changes the racing experience on the track. The Track list in this game I would describe as “okay”; it’s not really that special or vast but it does have different characteristics to each track, like special rally stages, challenges and more. This does not really make up for the lack of tracks, but there is one thing that does. Forza 6’s tracks are incredible in terms of detail and liveliness. which really is true to life. The tracks in the game depict every single corner, curve, straights and bends that provide a really challenging experience. Forza 6 tracks, although lacking, have different sections to them which can be played individually.

Get your Spanners!

Forza 6 has now an amazing tuning system where you can upgrade an old Volvo sleeper estate car to a 1000hp AWD machine to rival a Bugatti Veyron! The upgrade system is just amazing and is the best of all racing games. The system will allow you to raise your car and fine tune every single nook and cranny. The game also has a mod system which is presented in packs you can open, and all the mods are randomized, so you will have an uncertain chance of getting one.

The final verdict

This game must be the best all-round racing game ever made, and is easily worth the amount of money for the game. The game features an amazing selection of cars, a good multiplayer system, good tracks, amazing performance and lots of added features. I assure you this game will keep you wanting for more; no game is ever and will ever be this good if it’s not a Forza game.
