Parents are essential partners in promoting sustainable practices at home. To coincide with World Earth Day in April 2024, we organized an eco-enzyme workshop for parents. This event was to help extend the impact of our school’s sustainability initiatives. The workshop was conducted also in collaboration with Enzim Bakti Jakarta Utara and Yayasan Upakara Bhuvana Nusantara.
The workshop provided a brief overview of eco enzymes, their various uses with different products and their environmental benefits. It also included,
- Live Demonstration: A hands-on session showing the exact process of making eco enzymes, from measuring ingredients to fermentation.
- Interactive Participation: Parents can create their own batch of eco enzymes during the workshop, ensuring they are comfortable with the process.
- Q&A Session: An opportunity for parents to ask questions and share their thoughts, fostering a supportive community of learners.
