PROPELA 2023

The word PROPELA derives from Proyek Pelajar Pancasila (Pancasila Students Projects). This event is the first PROPELA which we have. Following the Freedom Curriculum or "kurikulum merdeka" all students have to make seven projects, which is divided into three projects in grade 10, three others in grade 11, and the rest two will be done in the first semester of grade 12.

The first project is about a sustainable life style, the second one is an entrepreneurship, and the third project is about a local wisdom.
All teachers and students approved that the PROPELA is wrapped in the Betawi culture and tradition, following the third project on a local wisdom. That is why all performances made in a Betawi customs, such as selendang kuning song, ondel-ondel dance, lenong, pantun (poem), etc. Students and teachers are hand in hand working together to make this programme interesting and success.
