On 17th of September 2024, our Grade 4 students visited Pelita Desa that offered a unique mix of learning and adventure through its outbound activities. Students explored village life, learning about traditional farming practices, and seeing how crops are grown. We also participated in fun, team-building activities like obstacle courses and group challenges, which strengthened our teamwork and problem-solving skills. The experience allowed us to appreciate the hard work in farming and enjoy the beauty of the countryside.
FIELD TRIP 5 PELITA DESA
On 17th of September 2024, our Grade 5 students took a trip to Pelita Desa where we combined learning about agriculture with exciting outbound activities. Students got to experience village life, observing traditional farming methods, and understanding how food is grown. We also enjoyed outdoor challenges like rope courses and team-building games, which encouraged cooperation and resilience. This trip helped us appreciate the dedication of farmers and the beauty of rural life.
FIELD TRIP 6 J-BOUND
On 17th of September 2024, our Grade 6 students went on an exciting trip to J-Bound, an outbound camp for team building and adventure activities. Students participated in challenges like obstacle courses, zip-lining, and group games that helped them develop confidence and teamwork skills. Through these activities, we learned to support each other and build trust while having a lot of fun. The camp was a chance to step out of our comfort zones and experience the outdoors in a new way.
Field Trip Grade 1 to Kuntum Farm Field
On 18th of September 2024, the Grade 1 students took a trip to Kuntum Farm Field where we had a hands-on learning experience. Students explored various aspects of farm life, including caring for animals, and understanding how crops are grown. We learned about sustainable farming practices and the importance of agriculture in our daily lives. This activity gave students a chance to connect with nature and see firsthand where our food comes from.
Field Trip Grade 2 to Kuntum Farm Field
On 18th of September 2024, our Grade 2 students visited Kuntum Farm Field to experience farm life and learn about agriculture. Students had the chance to see animals up close and observe how they are cared for. We also learned about different crops and how they are grown, gaining a new appreciation for where our food comes from. The trip taught us about the hard work involved in farming and the importance of caring for the environment.
Field Trip Grade 3 to Inagro
On 18th of September 2024, our Grade 3 students visited INAGRO, a cultural and educational park to learn about local traditions and culture. Students explored various exhibits that showcased traditional arts and crafts, allowing us to connect with the heritage of our community. We participated in hands-on activities like batik-making and traditional games, making the experience both educational and fun. The trip gave us a deeper appreciation for cultural diversity and the value of preserving traditions.
Badan Meteorologi dan Geofisika (BMKG)
On 27th of September 2024, our school had the privilege of welcoming the Department of Climate and Meteorology (BMKG). The official gave an informative talk about climate change, weather patterns, and the importance of protecting the environment. Students learned how weather forecasting works and the impact of climate change on our planet. We had the chance to ask questions and discuss ways we can help reduce our environmental footprint. It was an inspiring visit that helped us understand the importance of caring for our world and staying informed about climate issues.
